WHY DON'T YOU PUT PRICES IN YOUR CATALOG?
We have found that a significant number of our clients, for various reasons, want the price that they pay for an item to be a matter of some confidentiality. Obviously, if more than one person requests the price of an item, that price will be known by all inquirers but the price information will still not be widely disseminated.

WHAT ARE YOUR METHODS OF PAYMENT?
Payment methods are Visa, Mastercard, cash, personal check or money order.

IF I WANT AN ITEM AND FIND IT DIFFICULT TO PAY FOR IT IN A SINGLE PAYMENT, ARE THERE ANY ALTERNATIVES?
Please ask us. Custom payment terms can be developed - depending on the price and availability of the item.

DO YOU HAVE ITEMS THAT ARE NOT IN THIS CATALOG?
Yes. We are constantly locating and purchasing new items and it would therefore be impossible to produce a catalog that would completely reflect our current inventory. Also some items may not appear in the catalog because they cannot be well presented in that format due to size, complexity etc. Some items are offered directly to collectors who have previously advised us of their interests, and are never listed in the catalog. See the next question.

DO YOU EMAIL COLLECTORS DIRECTLY WHEN YOU HAVE AN ITEM IN THEIR INTEREST AREA?
Yes. If a collector has requested that we do so, and if he or she has advised us of their areas of specific or general interest, we would then send information via email on items of potential interest.
